In my role as an office manager, I frequently encountered frustrations with the FedEx app's cumbersome interface and user experience.

Motivated to improve it, I undertook a redesign project focusing on navigation, consistency, and visual appeal. Join me as I detail the journey of transforming the FedEx app into a more user-friendly and efficient tool.

Conclusion

Through this project, I acquired valuable skills in conducting Heuristic Evaluations to uncover initial design issues. Additionally, I developed expertise in establishing a Design system and effectively communicating design decisions to stakeholders who may not be familiar with design terminology.

Given the project's emphasis on Minimum Viable Product (MVP), I faced the challenge of striking a balance between addressing critical issues and avoiding excessive redesign. This required me to focus on a specific solution and resist the temptation to stray too far from the project's scope.
